Where We Workout

We are located in picturesque Delray Beach, Florida, a charming seaside town nestled in between Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. It provides beautiful parks and beaches for our outdoor workouts. One of our mottos is “Get out of the gym and into the outdoors”! We love getting our sweat on outside in the fresh air. Is there anything better than a workout with ocean views, sounds of the waves or watching boats drive by?

If you’re considering coming to one of our fitness retreats, you’re probably wondering where exactly we hold our workouts. It’s one of the biggest questions that we get before people sign up.

Our mornings are spent outside for the first two hours. Palm trees and ocean breezes make the A.M. workouts fly by. Our third hour is held inside in our private studio on site at Seagate Hotel. The afternoon is usually a mix of indoor and outdoor (weather permitting – depending on time of year and temperature). We generally try to get some additional outside time in the form of short bursts for the one afternoon class. If we aren’t able to get outside, the fitness center provides floor to ceiling windows, lots of light and pool views to mix up the workouts. The last class of the day is generally held inside in the studio and is usually  core related or flexibility focused (yoga, full body stretch, etc) class.

The Beach – We take advantage of our gorgeous beach every minute that we can. Working out with the sound of the waves and the sand underneath your feet just can’t compare to any gym.

Enjoy the beautiful landscape, fresh ocean breezes and the challenge of the sand with either our boot camp retreat or private fitness retreats.


Oceanview Sidewalk – This 2+ mile stretch of sidewalk has been recently renovated in 2017. It provides a gorgeous spot for us to workout and has beautiful views of the ocean. Lined with palm trees and tropical vegetation, there are water fountains, water bottle filling stations and paths to get out to the ocean.

It is a historical walk that also includes a little bit of history along the way. This beach walk contains  historical markers, landmarks and ocean breezes along the way. Private retreats and boot camp take advantage of this sidewalk.

Veteran’s Park – This beautiful park sits along side the Intracoastal Waterway. It’s just a few short blocks from the hotel and makes the perfect place to warm up, do intervals and HIIT work. Beautifully landscaped with a number of different flowers and tropical vegetation, it’s also lined with magnificent royal palms.

A running loop makes walking, running and drill work easy to do in Veteran’s Park. We also use this park for all retreats including private sessions and boot camp retreats.

Old School Square (not pictured) This park, set in the center of Delray Beach, houses a great place for warm ups, drill work, intervals and bodyweight strength work. It’s approximately a 6 block walk from the hotel and allows for sight seeing and window shopping along the way.

It is the site of our Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings as well as free music and events during the Fall, Winter and Spring seasons.


The Studio – We have a private studio on site at The Seagate Hotel that allows us a quiet space for classes such as pilates mat, balance training, core conditioning, various types of yoga, foam rolling, full body stretch, light meditations and more.

Private sessions as well as group classes are held in the studio. Additionally, some more intense classes like tabata, ballet tone, salsa and circuit classes are also held in the fitness studio.

The Fitness Center – Bright and airy, the fitness center is perfect for private sessions and small classes. Cardio equipment, free weights and strength machines make up the fitness center. In addition, a Kinesis cable system is located in the fitness center for functional training.

Atlantic Dunes Park – This lovely park overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and provides a covered space for us to use for our bodyweight workouts during the 2 Hour Power Hour. A little bit of shade works in perfectly during out beach workouts and the use of restrooms and water fountains is a big plus. We also use this park for both Vita Boot Camp and our private fitness retreats.
