COACHING PACKAGES

All health and mindset coaching is personalized to meet your unique needs and goals.

Every person is unique in their physiology, lifestyle, preferences, and how they manage stress. Because of this, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching.

Coaching sessions may cover topics such as health, nutrition, fitness, and mindset strategies. Depending on your individual needs, we may also explore sleep, stress management, the connection between your thoughts and actions, and behavior modification tools to support your progress and overall well-being.

The goal of each session is to identify a key area (or areas) of focus and develop actionable steps to support that goal. You'll leave each session with a clear plan for the week and a specific action step to help you make meaningful progress.

All packages include:

  • One coaching call per week (or 2x monthly) up to 1 hour each.

  • Customized strategies and action plans designed for your unique needs.

  • Priority email and text access to your coach for additional support Monday - Saturday 9am-6pm EST in between coaching calls.

  • Additional supporting and supplemental information depending on your goals and needs.

Single Sessions:

$150 - Up to 1 hour
$80 - Up to 30 minutes
