Hi, I’m Margot! I’m the creator and founder of Vita Vie Retreat. I’ve been in the fitness and nutrition industry for over 24 years. I’m a nationally certified Health Coach, a certified Personal Trainer, certified Nutrition Coach and I love supporting people in reaching their health and weight loss goals.
I bring to you my own experience with health and weight loss coupled with my professional experience. It took me time and experimentation to find what works for me. My passion is helping people find their own unique formula for lasting weight loss and wellness. I know this journey can be challenging at times so being able to share tips and motivation from different lenses means I have the opportunity to be even more supportive for all of you.
