Virtual Yoga Class - Gentle Yoga Flow

Hi everyone! Welcome to our series of online fitness and wellness classes. As we’re adapting to this “new normal”, we understand a lot of you have been looking to attend a retreat when we are back open and running. We’re so excited to have you back once that is a possibility! In the mean time, we’ll be putting out some online classes in order help guide you through this time and beyond. From fitness and yoga to health and wellness lectures, our intention is to give you the motivation, support, inspiration and information that you need. You’ll be able to come to the “online class” section of the blog to access new and updated classes. And don’t forget to join our email list in order to get immediate updates on new releases.

A few things about this class so you know what to expect before you begin.

Gentle Yoga Flow
Duration: 20 minutes (can be repeated 2 or 3 times for a 40 - 60 minute class)
Fitness Level: All levels (listen to your body and do what works for you).
*Make sure to talk to your health care provider before beginning any new exercise or physical fitness regimen.
Equipment: Yoga Mat
Cost: All of our classes are donation based (see donation button under the video). No donation required however any donations go to the instructor for their time. Donate Now

Breathe, Connect & Move

This class was built by Rachel in order to give you the opportunity to slow down, connect with your body and mind and flow through gentle movement. Please be sure to work at your own level of strength, taking breaks when you need to.

This gentle yoga flow is intended to be customizable. Feel free to repeat the original 20 minute sequence 1 - 3 times in order to build the length of class that you’re looking for.

Now it’s time to enjoy the flow and reconnect with yourself to bring a calming sense to body and mind.
