For those of you that have been to a retreat, you know how much we love Christine for her ability to push us through a challenging yet doable for all levels workout. If you haven’t been to a retreat, you’re in for a treat with Christine’s awesome classes! Here’s a little bit more about this class before you begin.

Type: Total Body Tone (low impact)
Duration: 30 minutes
Fitness Level: All levels (listen to your body and do what works for you).
*Make sure to talk to your health care provider before beginning any new exercise or physical fitness regimen.
Equipment: Fitness Mat or Yoga Mat, Optional: Hand weights + loop resistance band
