PAYMENT POLICY + AUTHORIZATION: I authorize Vita Vie Retreat, Inc to charge my credit card a $1000.00 deposit per person at the time of registration. I understand this is a non-refundable deposit that may be used towards the scheduling of a future retreat if in compliance with the cancellation policy. I also understand my balance payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay this balance payment on time can equal in the result of the loss of my deposit and registration cancellation. *

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION AGREEMENT: A $1000.00 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit is considered a non-refundable deposit and is subject to be used as a retreat credit if in compliance with our cancellation policy. CANCELLATIONS MADE 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your retreat arrival date will result in a retreat credit equal to your retreat fee less the $1000.00 deposit which can be applied toward a future retreat within 6 months. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of your cancellation. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE: Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of your arrival date are 50% non refundable. The remaining 50% of your retreat fee will be refunded to your original form of payment. NO SHOW/NO CALL: No show and no call reservations will be charged 100% of the retreat fee. There will be no retreat credit issued. *
