PAYMENT TYPES + FEE SCHEDULE

DEPOSIT + PAYMENT SCHEDULE: We require a $1000.00 deposit per person at the time of registration. This is a non-refundable deposit however may be used towards a future retreat if in compliance with our cancellation policy. The remaining retreat balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. A secure invoice will be sent at least 21 days prior to arrival to complete this payment.

TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A $1000.00 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit is considered a non-refundable deposit and is subject to be used as a retreat credit if in compliance with our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATIONS MADE 21 DAYS IN ADVANCE: Cancellations made 21 days prior to your retreat arrival date will result in a retreat credit equal to your retreat fee less the $1000.00 deposit which can be applied toward a future retreat within 6 months. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of your cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 21 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE: Cancellations made less than 21 days in advance of your arrival date are 50% non refundable. The remaining 50% of your retreat fee will be refunded to your original form of payment.

NO SHOW/NO CALL: No show and no call reservations will be charged 100% of the retreat fee. There will be no retreat credit issued.

WHY WE HAVE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: We commit to providing an environment that is rich in fitness education, experiences, motivation and encouragement that will help you in reaching your goals and meeting your needs. That said, early departures, no shows, and cancellations place a burden on the program.  There will be no rate adjustments or refunds for late arrivals or early departures. In addition, there will be no refunds for no shows. We strive to offer you the best overall experience; therefore, it is necessary for us to have these policies.

We hope you don’t have to cancel your retreat but we understand that unexpected circumstances pop up in life. Please see how to cancel your retreat below. *We do not allow phone cancellations.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR RETREAT: All retreat cancellations MUST be sent via email. This process is to protect both the consumer as well as Vita Vie Retreat, Inc in relation to our cancellation policy. Emails are necessary to provide time sensitive information as well as a way to track your cancellation. Cancellation emails should be sent to: retreats@bvretreat.com
