Last week, we had a guest at the #retreat who had just started a four-week sabbatical.

We were lucky enough to kick off her time away from work by welcoming her into The Sanctuary Experience. In the true spirit of a sabbatical, she had deleted email
Beach club mornings at the #retreat just hit a little different ☀️💕
Breakfast vibes this morning 😋 a yogurt parfait that you can replicate at home in 5 mins. Recipe below 👇 

3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 
1/2 cup mixed berries 
1/4 cup no sugar strawberry preserves 
1/4 cup low sugar granola
*bonus: mix 7-10g of coll
Recapping some of the wonderful times we’ve had at the #retreat lately. From beach workouts and ocean views to yoga and palm trees, we’re looking forward to many more memories just like these. ✨💕
