Progress Tracking (if applicable for you) - determine how you'll track progress wether your journey is focused on weight loss or optimal health.
Set clear goals: Use the goal setting worksheet or set your own SMART goals and get started with the weekly meal plan.
Reflect: At the end of each week, note which aspects of the program feel manageable and which need adjustment for your lifestyle. Use the Biofeedback Guide to assess Sleep, Hunger, Mood, Energy & Cravings.
Additional questions to work through on a Weekly Basis: Which foods worked or didn’t for you? Which meals helped you to have energy, feel satisfied, and allow you to function optimally throughout the day? How would you need to adjust time management for meal prep, workouts, or any other healthy habits? How did you hold yourself accountable this week? What, if anything, needs to change in terms of accountability?
SET YOUR GOALS

To successfully take actionable steps toward achieving your goals, it's essential to define what they are. Use the Goal Setting Worksheet and SMART Goal Setter (both fillable PDFs) linked below to take that first step.
These tools will guide you in outlining your objectives clearly and setting them in a way that makes them achievable.

SMART Goal Setter

Eating high-protein and lower-carb doesn't have to mean giving up the foods you love or living on salads and grilled chicken. The goal is to create meals that are satisfying, nutrient-dense, and easy to fit into real life.
For many people, increasing protein while being more intentional about carbohydrates can help meals feel more satisfying and make it easier to manage hunger throughout the day. The key is to focus on what you can add—protein, vegetables, healthy fats, and fiber—rather than simply focusing on what you need to take away.
And remember, lower-carb doesn't have to mean no-carb. Foods like berries, beans, lentils, vegetables, and whole grains can still be part of a healthy eating pattern. Your individual nutritional needs, preferences, activity level, and health goals matter, so use these recipes as a starting point and customize them for you.
