Our Menu + Food Philosophy

Vita Vie Retreat’s food philosophy is based on a lifestyle approach for our fitness retreats. We believe in taking in whole, fresh, healthy foods and avoiding processed food as much as possible. Our motto is moderation rather than deprivation. Each person is uniquely different in their physiology, psychology, and personal preferences. Because of this, our flexible food & beverage option allows each guest to be flexible and adaptable in their own choices.

 

How It Works

Each package includes a $50/night Foot & Beverage credit for use at the resort. Any usage over that $50/night allotment is the guest’s responsibility. This allows for guests to have some flexibility in their food choices should they want to remain on the property for all meals or venture into town.

Our menu is designed to guide you in learning and adopting healthier eating practices. We offer guided menu choices for all meals that represent a range of both macro and micronutrients ensuring a diverse array of nutrients to fuel and energize your days at the retreat. We also include guided options for all eating styles.

To enhance your experience, you’ll have access to resources tailored to support mindful eating, including a custom hotel dining guide with curated recommendations, an intuitive eating guide, a mindful eating checklist, menu ordering tips, and a local dining guide with healthy options at nearby restaurants. These tools are designed to empower you as you make balanced, health-conscious choices during your stay.

ADDITIONAL GUIDANCE
For those who wish to dive deeper, we offer individual appointments with our registered dietitian, along with health coaching sessions that address your full wellness picture, including fitness, stress management, and nutritional habits. (Additional fees apply.)
