Our Menu + Food Philosophy
Vita Vie Retreat’s food philosophy is based on a lifestyle approach for our fitness retreats. We believe in taking in whole, fresh, healthy foods and avoiding processed food as much as possible. Our motto is moderation rather than deprivation.
We aim to produce results that are achieved from appropriate energy intake versus energy output. There are no cookie cutter programs, no fake foods and no starvation diets here.
While our goal is to produce the best results possible for our clients (weight loss, increased energy, strength gains, stress reduction and more), it is of utmost importance that results are achieved in a healthy and safe manner. Our philosophy creates results that are sustainable when you return home.
How It Works
Vita Vie Retreat has a separate menu in the restaurant outlets. Eating on site at the hotel and at the resort’s private beach club allows for variety in the menu. There is one restaurant choice for breakfast, two choices for lunch and two choices for dinner. When you eat during your retreat, you’ll inform your host or server that you are with Vita Vie Retreat and our menu will be given to you. Enjoy fresh, healthy far.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: The kitchen is very accommodating in terms of special requests. Items can be omitted or swapped out based on your needs and the ability of the kitchen.
EATING STYLES: We offer a mix and match menu (in addition to our regular menu) to accommodate all eating styles including:
GUIDANCE: We do offer individual nutrition appointments with our registered dietitian. We also offer individual health coaching sessions that asses all areas of life including fitness, stress reduction and nutritional intake + habits. Additional fees apply.
