STEP 3: Vita Vie Retreat will process your registration once we have received your registration form and deposit payment.

*Double occupancy - a form must be filled out for each person. Please make sure to note the person's name you will be rooming with on the room mate selection. *We do not pair people up for double occupancy - you must be coming with another party in order to take advantage of double occupancy.

Select Package: Rates are per person - Packages include standard accommodations (number of nights varies depending on the package chosen), $60/night food & beverage credit to be used at Seagate Hotel per person, 4 private sessions each full day, welcome meeting + 1 session on arrival day, Vita Quick Assessment + 1 session on departure day, one fifty-minute spa treatment + spa gratuity, one health coaching session, take-home workouts, and all taxes.

Your retreat balance payment, due 14 days prior to arrival, will be completed by you via secure invoice which will be sent to the email address you have provided.

PAYMENT POLICY + AUTHORIZATION

I authorize Vita Vie Retreat, Inc to charge my credit card for $750.00 as a deposit for my retreat. I understand that the balance of my retreat will be due 14 days prior to arrival. I understand that if I do not complete my balance payment 14 days prior to arrival that my registration is subject to cancellation and my deposit may be forfeited.

CANCELLATION AGREEMENT: A $750 non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your registration. CANCELLATIONS MADE 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE: Cancellations made 14 days prior to your retreat arrival date will result in a retreat credit equal to your deposit which can be applied toward a future retreat within 6 months. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of your cancellation. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE: Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of your arrival date are 100% non refundable. With emergency circumstances, we will do our best to apply partial payment towards a future visit within 6 months. NO SHOW/NO CALL: No show and no call reservations will be charged the entire retreat fee. There will be no retreat credit issued. Hurricane/Natural Disaster Policy: If Vita Vie Retreat, Inc must cancel a retreat due to weather from a hurricane or other tropical disturbance, your deposit will result in a retreat credit in which you will have 1 year to reschedule your retreat. All retreat balances greater than $750.00 will be refunded the difference back to the original form of payment. The deposit of $750.00 will be held and available to be applied towards another retreat within 1 year.
