  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and cashew butter. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth, light, and fluffy.

  2. Divide the yogurt mixture evenly between two serving bowls or small dessert dishes.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  4. Spoon the melted chocolate over each yogurt bowl, spreading it into a thin, even layer with the back of a spoon.

  5. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens into a crisp shell. For an even firmer texture, place the bowls in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.
