Pay your retreat deposit - You will be directed to a link to pay your retreat depoosit.

STEP 3:
Vita Vie Retreat will process your registration once we have received your registration form and payment.
A confirmation email will be sent within 12 hours (during normal business hours).

Rates are per person - Packages include standard accommodations at The Seagate Hotel (number of nights varies depending on package chosen), $60/night food and beverage credit, welcome meeting + 1 session on arrival day, 2 sessions on departure day, 1 fifty minute Spa Treatment at Seagate Spa, exclusive private link with supplemental information and personalized workouts/videos/plan, and all taxes, resort fee, and internet.

PAYMENT + CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Complete the information below and agree to our policies. Once you submit this form, you will be directed to complete your deposit payment. Your retreat balance payment, due 14 days prior to arrival, will be completed by you via secure invoice which will be sent to the email address you have provided.

PAYMENT POLICY + AUTHORIZATION

I authorize Vita Vie Retreat, Inc to charge my credit card for $1000.00 as a deposit for my retreat (per person). I understand that the balance of my retreat will be due 21 days prior to arrival. I understand that if I do not complete my balance payment 21 days prior to arrival that my registration is subject to cancellation and my deposit may be forfeited.

CANCELLATION AGREEMENT

A $1000.00 per person non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your registration. A secure invoice will be sent 21 days prior to arrival to complete your balance payment. CANCELLATIONS MADE 21 DAYS IN ADVANCE: Cancellations made 21 days prior to your retreat arrival date will result in a retreat credit equal to your deposit which can be applied toward a future retreat within 6 months. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of your cancellation. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 21 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE: Cancellations made less than 21 days in advance of your arrival date are 100% non refundable. With emergency circumstances, we will do our best to apply partial payment towards a future visit within 6 months. NO SHOW/NO CALL: No show and no call reservations will be charged the entire retreat fee. There will be no retreat credit issued.
