HOTEL UPGRADE Timeline

AMENITIES & SERVICES THAT WILL REMAIN FULLY OPERATIONAL
The Beach Club pool and private beach with beach chair service will remain open.
The Seagate Spa will continue to operate at full capacity.
The Hotel Fitness Center will remain open.
The Golf & Country Club will remain open and fully functional for guests (golf, racquet, fitness, pool, private indoor fitness studio).
The Yacht club pool will also remain open and available for guests.
In-Room Dining will offer extended hours and menu items during this time.
NOTE: Most larger renovations will not commence until July 1st (rooms) and July 31 (lobby and hotel pool).

MAY
As of May 15, 2024, the beach club restaurant will begin their updating process (May 15 - October 18th)
The Beach Club pool bar and grill will offer grab-and-go food and beverage items including salads, sandwiches, pizza, hamburgers, cocktails, beer, wine, etc.. during this timeframe.
* The beach club is approximately 6 blocks away from the hotel. All other areas will remain fully functioning including restaurants on site at the hotel.
JUNE
Atlantic Grille will remain open until June 17, 2024. It will then begin the refresh process through November 1.
Etc Cafe will remain open and fully functioning.
The Beach Club pool bar and grill will continue to offer grab-and-go food and beverage items including salads, sandwiches, pizza, hamburgers, cocktails, beer, wine, etc.. during this timeframe.
The hotel pool bar will be open and fully operational with extended hours (until 8PM) until July 30th.
In-Room Dining will offer extended hours and menu items during this time.
As of June 17th, retreat packages will be discounted to accommodate for these changes.
JULY 1 - 29
The beach club restaurant and Atlantic Grille continue their refresh process.
The cafe will remain open and fully functioning through July 30. At which point, it will relocate to a different space within the hotel to offer an array of options.
The hotel pool bar will be open and fully operational with extended hours (until 8PM) until July 30th.
Food & beverage also available at the 19th hole of the Golf Club.
In-Room Dining will offer extended hours and menu items during this time.
A hotel dining guide will be offered via Vita Vie Retreat as well as a local dining guide with healthy options.
The beach club amenities including the pool, private beach and beach chair service will continue to remain fully operational.Additionally, the Golf and Yacht Club pools will also be available with food and beverage service provided at the 19th Hole at the Golf Club.
Rooms and suites will also begin their refresh process one floor at a time.
JULY 30The hotel pool will undergo an upgrade beginning July 30th - October 10th.
As of July 30th, the Lobby will begin its update process.
AUGUST
The renovation process continues. We will post any updates for each month as they become available.
SEPTEMBER
The renovation process continues. We will post any updates for each month as they become available.
OCTOBER
The hotel pool is expected to reopen as of October 10th.
The beach club restaurant is expected to open mid-late October
The renovation process begins to wrap up. We will update any updates for each month as they become available.
NOVEMBER
Atlantic Grille is scheduled to reopen as of November 1st.
Renovations are schedule to have been completed by the beginning of November.
RETREAT CLASSES & SERVICES
We anticipate very minimal impact to any retreat classes or private sessions.
Some classes and sessions may move to the Golf Club fitness center and private fitness studio. Transportation will be provided.
REFRESH COMPLETION DATES
We will keep you informed with timely updates on the progress of all resort upgrades.
