Our Menu + Food Philosophy

Vita Vie Retreat’s food philosophy is based on a lifestyle approach for our fitness retreats. We believe in taking in whole, fresh, healthy foods and avoiding processed food as much as possible. Our motto is moderation rather than deprivation. Each person is uniquely different in their physiology, psychology, and personal preferences. Because of this, our flexible food & beverage option allows each guest to be flexible and adaptable in their own choices.

 

How It Works

Each package includes a $60/night Foot & Beverage credit for use at the Seagate Hotel. Any usage over that $60/night allotment is the guest’s responsibility. This allows for guests to have some flexibility in their food choices should they want to remain on the property for all meals or venture into town.
*NOTE - From June 17, 2024 - November 30, 2024, the food & beverage credit will not be included in our packages. All information including the hotel dining guide, local dining guide, intuitive eating guide, mindful eating checklist, and menu ordering tips will still be provided.

This approach fosters the development of a personalized toolkit and the acquisition of essential skills for making optimal food choices tailored to your needs and preferences. This also lays a solid foundation for continued well-being upon your return home.

MENU, DINING GUIDES & OPTIMAL NUTRITION SUPPLEMENTATION
You'll have access to a wealth of resources designed to enhance your experience. This includes a custom hotel dining guide with our crafted recommendations, intuitive eating guide, a mindful eating checklist, helpful menu ordering tips, and a curated local dining guide (with the healthy options at specified restaurants). These resources are crafted to support your journey towards mindful and health-conscious choices during your stay.

ADDITIONAL GUIDANCE
We do offer individual nutrition appointments with our registered dietitian. We also offer individual health coaching sessions that assess all areas of life including fitness, stress reduction and nutritional intake + habits. Additional fees apply.

Breakfast

  • White Albacore Tuna Salad with Fresh Fruit

Dinner
