Apple Strudel Shake Ingredients:

  • 30g vanilla protein powder

  • 1/3 cup chopped apple, peel on

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plain almond milk

  • 1/2 cup canned full-fat coconut milk

  • 4 ice cubes

  • 1 teaspoon stevia (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
