One of the country's first boot camp retreats, Vita Vie Retreat (Bella Vita Retreat) has been inspiring and remotivating people from all over the world to lose weight, regain energy and live a happy, healthier lifestyle with our weight loss retreat & fitness vacation since 2004.
A structured fitness retreat, we offer boot camp style programs that are limited to small groups. This way no one gets lost in the crowd and our staff has the opportunity to help each client and answer any questions that they may have. We offer a number of classes throughout our different programs that feature heart pumping cardio, beach boot camp, stretch classes, zumba, kick boxing, simple and fresh spa cuisine, and health education to help you succeed. Vita Vie Retreat understands that our guests all have different goals. Our fitness and weight loss vacations can accommodate all fitness levels.
Staff
All staff members are nationally certified, cpr & first aid certified and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitness & wellness industry.

Get in shape and play a better round on the course! Vita Vie Golf focuses on the importance of being fit to improve your game. Key concepts such as cardiovascular conditioning, core strength and balance, hand eye coordination and the biomechanics of the swing will be incorporated.
