We’ll gather your goals, fitness level, preferences and more in order to design your program.

INCLUDES:

  • Personalized workout plan for one month.

  • Additional weekly workout suggestions provided (strength, cardio, flexibility - based on your goals).

  • Calendar with your specific workout schedule.

  • Workout/s will be delivered in app with video and/or photos. App available for iOS and Android.

  • Unlimited messaging with trainer in app.

  • Track workouts and progress in app.

  • Enter personal stats like weight and measurements (optional).

  • Upload progress photos (optional).

  • *Food logging - Option to connect to your Fitbit or MyFitnessPal account for nutrition guidance. We’ll be able to see your daily/weekly meals and make recommendations based on your goals.

  • Also included - suggestions and recommendations for small daily habits that may help you reach your goals.

  • We’ll check in weekly via the in app messenger to check on progress and answer questions.

How Online Training Works:

  • Sign up + purchase your first session. Click Here To Sign Up

  • An email will be sent within a few hours with instructions to download the app.

  • You’ll be prompted to fill out a consultation form in the app which will provide the necessary information for us to develop your plan. We’ll ask questions regarding your goals, your fitness level and ability, health history, how many times you can workout each week and what, if any equipment you have access to. This way we can customize for you specifically. You’ll also have the ability to add comments and message us with any preferences and special requests.

  • Your coach will begin communication with you right away via in app messenger.

  • You will receive your workout plan within 24-48 hours (in some cases sooner).
