Cardio Circuit Burn

EVERY MONDAY @ 5:30PM • 55 MINUTES

Burn, baby, burn! This high energy class is a straight up, cardio conditioning class that will have your heart pumping and your muscles burning!

Full of cone drills, foot work, speed work and agility movements, this is an interval style class that will torch calories and elevate your metabolism even after the workout is finished.

All levels welcome. Modifications offered for all fitness levels.

- BRING: Water and a sweat towel. All other equipment provided.

EVERY TUESDAY @ 9AM • 55 MINUTES

This is half calorie torching cardio and half abs and core. For those of you wanting to burn off some energy and work on your mid section, this is for you!

We’ll begin with cardio intervals and drills and head down to a towel on the soft sand for abs and low back work.

All levels welcome. Modifications offered for all fitness levels.

ACTIVE RESTORE & RECOVERY

EVERY THURSDAY @ 8AM • 55 MINUTES

A flexibility class like you’ve never experienced before. You’ll release tight muscles through movement rather than static stretching. We’ll warm the body, increase your heart rate a little and have you feeling lengthened and loosened from head to toe through a blend of carefully crafted movements.

Improve flexibility, increase range of motion, lengthen muscles and relive tight and achy problem areas. You’ll also improve balance, coordination and proprioception. This is the perfect class for those who prefer a more active stretch class and need to add recovery work into their fitness regimen. Also great for beginner exercisers.

All levels welcome. Modifications offered.

Beach Boot Camp

EVERY SATURDAY @ 7:30AM • 55 MINUTES

Beach Boot Camp is a full body workout. Get your heart rate up, challenge your body and sweat it out with beautiful ocean views!

This is a get your butt in shape, invigorating workout! Classes will vary week to week. May include bodyweight, interval work, resistance band, medicine balls, kicking + punching, cone drills and more.

All levels welcome. Modifications offered for all fitness levels. Come out and join us!

FULL BODY STRETCH

EVERY SUNDAY @ 8:30AM • 55 MINUTES

Lengthen and release tight, achy and sore muscles with full body stretch on the beach.

The perfect way to recover from an active week, full body stretch will cover a variety of stretching techniques that will have you restored from head to toe. Enjoy the soft sand and the music of the waves in the background as we move gently through this class.

All levels welcome.
